Reverend Robert Wheeless Mitchell

Reverend Robert W. Mitchell is an ordained minister with United Centers for Spiritual Living. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Theocentric Psychology, LaSalle, 2001. He became a licensed Practitioner with UCSL in 2000, a Licentiate Minister in 2003 and was ordained January 6th 2006.

Rev. Robert found Religious Science through the book, The Science of Mind in 1997. Although he did not have a religious background nor was particularly religious minded, he felt the ‘call’ through the writings of Ernest Holmes.

His path has included being the minister of an independent Unity church in Garland, Texas, in 2002 and assistant minister of the Center for Spiritual Living, Dallas, 2003 to 2006. His teaching path has included teaching classes at Holmes Institute through CSL, Dallas.

Before entering the ministry, Robert was in the fashion and beauty field for over 44 years, owning both clothing stores and beauty salons. He believes his former career serves him well in private counseling and working with the public.

Robert was born in Dallas and he is currently 62 years old. He lives in a small condo in the center of town, with hundreds of books and Buddhas. He enjoys Sunday mornings, dinners with friends and movies and devotes all of his life to God.

Reverend Robert Mitchell's Covenant

I, Robert Wheeless Mitchell, now do hereby dedicate this life, all that I am and all that I have to the Holy Spirit of Love and Truth. I dedicate my heart, my passion, my thoughts, my time, resources, meditations and prayers to the One Life.  I do dedicate my life to the service of seeing God and Good and only God and Good.

Knowing that as it is given it is also received, I accept from the Holy Spirit of Truth and Love a perfect vessel of body and mind, an ever deepening understanding of wisdom and guidance. I accept the gift to inspire, the ability to teach, the courage to act, the voice that reveals the power of prayer, the capacity for compassion and a heart that reveals only love.
